This luxurious villa sits in a quiet and private location, surrounded by pine and oak trees, within the area of l’Oumède. It is wonderfully convenient for Pampelonne Beach just a short drive away and the private helipad gives easy access to Nice airport.

The large grounds extend out to the sides and back of the house, and include a private tennis court and swimming pool. The pool terrace has a covered area at one end with a summer dining and seating area. Just outside the house and overlooking the gardens and pool is a huge terrace, also with a covered dining area and a barbecue.

The interiors are exceptionally spacious, newly decorated and furnished throughout to a very high standard. The terracotta tiled floors with most furnishings in tasteful beige and whites add to the feeling of light and space. Inside you will find a split-level living room with wide-screen TV and open fireplace. The dining area opens to an outdoor breakfast area.

The villa comfortably sleeps 12 guests, there are three double en-suite bedrooms opening out onto the terrace alongside the master double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, balcony at the back, and a private terrace at the side. Along another corridor you will find a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room opening onto the terrace and second master bedroom with en-suite bathroom opening to a balcony.
