Courchevel hosts their Annual Fireworks Display

Over the next four weeks the skies over the valley of Courchevel will be lit up by musical firework displays during the 9th annual pyrotechnic competition. International teams will take to the slopes in the hope to win this coveted prize.
Each resort in the Courchevel valley will host one event with the red suited ESF instructors kicking off the evenings entertainment with torchlight descents and the office de tourisme providing vin chaud to keep you warm.
Tonight the French team Brezac will be starting the competition in Courchevel 1550. Italy's team FABA will light up Courchevel 1850 on the 24th February. Then Portugal will take over Courchevel 1650 with MACEDO'S lighting the sky.Finally on the 8th March the Austrian team of Fire Event will launch their display by the lac in Le Praz.
The winners will be announced in Courchevel 1850 on the 10th March accompanied by a final display from the French team INTERMEDE.
